What is Elderberry and what are the benefits of it?
Elderberry is a plant most known for its natural health remedy, fighting the flu, colds and allergies. The berries are packed with immune boosting compounds, antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties. Clinical research shows Elderberry has shorten the duration of cold/flu by 3 days. Health benefits includes improving sinus issues, cold/flu, nerve pain, inflammation, chronic fatigue, allergies, supports heart health, and constipation.
What's the difference in our Organic Elderberry Syrup vs. the store bought option?
Store bought syrups contain glucose syrups, additional additives and preservatives. Raw local honey is used in our syrup which acts as a natural preservative. Raw Honey also has natural enzymes that help improve seasonal allergies.

How much Elderberry syrup does my family need? Below is my estimate based on family size?

These quantities are based on each family member taking their dose daily. Our syrup lasts up to 60 days when refrigerated.
Why is it sediment in my jar?
Sediment in your elderberry jar is a result of natural spices used when preparing your syrup or due to the raw honey may cause settling over time. Be sure to shake your jar well before serving to ensure a well balanced taste.
Can you freeze our Organic Elderberry Syrup?
YESS! I recommend freezing in ice cube trays. It allows you the option to thaw out in smaller amounts. May freeze up to 6-8months.
How often should I take my Elderberry syrup and how much per dose?
As always I recommend you to talk with your doctor and do your own research before taking our organic elderberry syrup. Some of our clients including myself take it year-round, others take it only when sick. Adult Dose is approx. 1 TBS and Child Dose is approx 1 TSP. Our organic Elderberry syrup may be taken once a day or up to three times daily if when actively fighting cold/flu.
How fast will I receive my order?
Shipments are sent out daily and also Local Pick-up is available daily. Once your order form is submitted and invoice is completed, your order is prepared. All orders, are MADE TO ORDER. This ensures maximum shelf life.
